Do you offer in-home measuring and installation?
Professional in-home measuring and installation services are available across the Greater Toronto Area for an additional fee.
Whole-home projects are welcome.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes. Visit our Markham showroom at 9390 Woodbine Ave, Unit 1A15, Markham, ON L6C 0M5 to see samples and choose your custom blinds. Call or text 647-887-8918, or contact us on WhatsApp to plan your visit.
Can I return my custom blinds?
EVERENO blinds and shades are custom-made to your specifications and measurements. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except for manufacturing defects or factory-related product quality issues. Please contact us for assistance. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Our 5-year warranty covers mechanisms, components, electric motors, materials and craftsmanship.
Except for damage on arrival or product quality issues, customers are responsible for shipping costs for warranty service relating to issues arising during use.
Are these standard-sized shades?
No. Each shade is made to your specifications and measurements.
Which fabrics and colours can I choose?
We currently offer premium white blinds and shades only, in Light Filtering and Blackout. For other colours, please contact us.
How is my custom price calculated?
